If you are looking for a special wedding or honeymoon getaway, then maybe we can help.

Here at 3 Rivers we are able to offer a full wedding and honeymoon service. You can be married on property, alongside one of our natural river pools, or underneath the world famous Emerald Pool Waterfall.

If you prefer to get married in the local church, that can also be arranged, with a blessing afterwards by the river or on the beach if you so desire.

If you wish to have a party, we can make all of the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

Being a small lodge, we are able to give you the personal service you probably want for your special day. Tell us what you want and we will do our best to make it happen.

Requirements for Marriage License

The couple must be on the island for at least 3 days prior to the date of the wedding.

The under mentioned is required for the processing of a marriage license in Dominica:

Completed marriage application form must be signed by both parties and witnessed by a Magistrate, a Justice of the Peace, Notary Public, Commissioner of Oaths or Registrar. This can be done when you arrive on island.

The following documents should accompany the completed application form, which can be submitted on the day of your arrival on the island:

·       A certified copy of Birth Certificate from each applicant.

·       If married before, Decree of Divorce or Death Certificate of former spouse must be produced.

·       One passport-sized photo of each applicant.

·       Deed Poll if name changes.

·       Evidence of consent if one of the applicants is below 18.

·       A non marriage certificate must be presented to ensure that applicants have never been married.

The following fees shall apply for a Marriage License:

Postage stamps for application form EC$ 8 (US$ 3)

Marriage License Fee EC$400 (US$150)

Registrar fee for conducting the ceremony EC$ 400 (US$150)

Our fee planning/decorations/witnesses EC$ 800 (US$300)

OPTIONAL EXTRA FEES

Wedding photographer – EC$ 800 / US$ 300

National Park for use of Emerald Pool EC$ 150 / US$ 60

Special Wedding dinner – price varies accordingly

Champagne/fruits/etc. in room -price varies accordingly

It will also be necessary to go to the city of Roseau twice, to deal with the application and documents. If you have a vehicle there is no charge, if you need a taxi the additional cost in total for both trips to the city is EC$540 / US$ 200
