Martha Cuffy and Terri Henry
Martha Cuffy is the facilitator and yoga teacher for this day. Born in the UK of Dominican parents, she is a regular visitor to Rosalie Forest as her father was born down the road and she insists on making her visitors spend one night in the Chataniere treehouse. After spending two years in a remote part of India studying an MA in Yoga Psychology, she now works as a team and leadership specialist. She playfully helps clients to go beyond outdated and limiting beliefs about what is “the right way”. During this time of economic, social and ecological crises her leadership work focuses on the uncertain and enlivening journey of creating an increasing holistic and sustainable relationship to material, human and inner resources, creating hope in both the individual and the organisation.
Terri Henry is the director and founder of natural wellness and sustainability business, Onelove Livity. www.onelovelivity.com She is a natural health practitioner, facilitator and educator whose work spans a variety of professions. Terri has been involved in the Health and Wellness industry from the age of 15 and since moving to Dominica in 2004 has actively contributed to developing this sector on the island. More than just an occupation, health and wellness is her natural way of being that she incorporates into her everyday lifestyle. She is the proud mother of a baby girl, born in July 2008.
