EcoFest Conference Biogas Workshop
BioGas – Living off the grid : Monday May 4th
| Vincent Martineau and Jessica Worley have graduated from bioresource engineering in 2008 at the prestigious McGill University in Montreal, Canada. During his last year, he was part of the "barbados field study semester" which exposed him to the wonderful world of the Caribbean region. He worked on a biogas digester project to reduce the operational costs of the first Barbados biodiesel producer for his final design project. Ever since that time, he has been dedicated to improving the life quality of the inhabitants of the Caribbeans through environmentally friendly technologies and education. His fields of interest include durable development, biogas, biodiesel, dew harvesting and permaculture. Vincent plans to return to McGill for graduate studies in september to increase his knowledge of green technologies and hopes that he will be able to return to the Caribbean to have a positive impact in the local community." |
