Mr. Simon Arnold George has been running his own organ ic herb farm for decades in our local village of Grand Fond, and is widely respected island wide as an expoert in organic herbal medicines. He has recived many visiotrs over the years, and is a major influence in the devlopment of the community turoism activities in the village, being the host for our Organic Farm Herb Farm Tour
Mr. George will talk about how his project began, what he does, and how it ias of benefit to the whjole community
On Sunday of ecoFest, there is an option to visit Mr. George's organic herb farm, discovering traditional herbal medicines & remedies, and tasting various bush teas.
