' Gomiere Lodge is a great little forest lodge, hidden in the jungle. Nestled in the heart of the rain forest in the mountains, offers simplicity in total seclusion.
Gomiere Lodge is simple and comfortable. To reach the house is about a 15 minute uphill hike deep into the Caribbean jungle!
The jungle lodge has a double bed, and storage shelves, and plenty of windows for light..
The only life around you is the wildlife. The lodge is built with boards from a fallen Gomiere (gum) tree. Deep in the forest, bugs are unavoidable, so a net is provided. But rest assured, although you will get the incredible opportunity to see plenty of insects and bugs of all shapes sizes and colours, there is absolutley nothing that can really do you harm.
The lodge has its own private state of the art composting toilet and shower cubicle, and is a cool little house.
There is a communal kitchen nearby.
